BQ has finally announced the launch of two Ubuntu OS based handsets Aquaris E4.5 and Aquaris E5 in India by the end of this month. The Aquaris E4.5 and Aquaris E5 Ubuntu Editions handsets had already been released in European market in February and June this year, and has generated much news. Though, Android is an Open Source OS, Google reserves a larger part of it under its belt and Ubuntu OS is first of its kind to be a complete Open Source Operating system. Ubuntu for Desktop is already the largest used Linux desktop variant and Canonical has taken a step further by developing it for smartphones and tablets.
